Remarks
– Credit Usage: Different AI agents require varying credit amounts for document generation. Credits are deducted based on the agent’s consumption rate.
– Download Charges: Downloading files (PDF/DOCX/PPTX) deducts credits equal to the original generation cost.
– Credit Validity: For Basic and Regular plans, All credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits will not carry over beyond the validity period.
– Auto-Renewal: Professional and Enterprise plans auto-renew. Cancel 48 hours before renewal to avoid charges
– Monthly Credit Reset (Professional & Enterprise): Credits refresh monthly. Unused credits do not roll over.
